To design a live/work townhouse for TV Producer with minimum 49 m2 void area for interior courtyards.

The design of the townhouse is based on various sequences, displayed through the mullions surrounding the courtyards, which restricts or opens a personal perspective towards the space depending on one’s perspective. Function of the courtyard shifts at each level,and ranges from inspirational, relaxation and gathering spaces. The levels have been designed periodically according to these sequences for different experiences.
