To show the change in program within the building, there is repeated transitions that allow for interaction between various users of the occupancies. Idea is further reinforced through the common spaces in the center, two-storey atrium, that connect the two different occupancies as one. The building creates visual and physical connection between the occupancies via double height spaces and circulation. The intent of the envelope is to create its own identity in the area, and make connection to the materiality already surrounding the site. It mimics the brick pattern to connect with surrounding structures. Furthermore, materiality changes at the building corners too allow public to see transition within the building.
